The conference will be held at the Zhiwa Ling Heritage Hotel in Paro, Bhutan, nestled on ten acres in the beautiful Paro Valley and within easy reach of Bhutan’s most revered temples and monasteries.

The Zhiwa Ling Heritage Hotel will be the perfect setting for the IMC, providing excellent meeting space, 5-star accommodations, and a traditional Bhutanese environment. The Zhiwa Ling Heritage is built in the tradition of a Bhutanese Dzong (Fortress) with intricate Bhutanese carvings, paintings, and antique collections. Every part of the hotel is handmade, from the massive, hand-carved wooden beams to the colorful, hand-painted ceilings and walls. Guests have full access to a number of onsite experiences, including the in-house temple, tea house, and meditation house. The Zhiwa Ling Heritage Hotel was recently ranked 12th among the Top Hotels in Asia by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards.

RESERVING A ROOM
You will need to handle your room reservation and payment directly with the hotel. To request a room reservation at the Zhiwa Ling Heritage for the conference and receive the special conference rate, email your room requests with the code IMC2018 to: reservation@zhiwaling.com. Rooms will be reserved on a first come-first served basis, and we fully expect this hotel to fill up soon.

Special conference rates are generously set at $145 USD for single occupancy and $79 per person for double occupancy. Breakfast is included in these conference rates.
