Please read all conference registration information and details below.

Registration for the conference includes attendance to all talks, the opening reception, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and the banquet on Tuesday evening. Breakfast will be included for those staying at the Zhiwa Ling Heritage Hotel.

Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please plan in advance for visa processing time, travel plans, or in case you need assistance.

 

Registration rates for the IMC are as follows:

International Rate = $260 + $40 Visa Fee

Regional Rate (Asia) = $150 + $40 Visa Fee

Indian National Rate = $150 (visa not require for entry into Bhutan)

Bhutanese Rate = $100

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION PAYMENT SYSTEM

Registration for the IMC will be online with the EventBrite registration website with their secure international payment system using a credit card.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after completing your registration. Please be sure your correct email address is entered. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.

Please save and print your registration ticket page and bring it to the conference

FUNDING AND VISAS

Please submit your registration well before the deadline to the conference allowing more time to process visas and work on funds.

The International Mahseer Conference does not have funds available to pay for travel expenses and you will need to take required measures for funding.

You are encouraged to begin planning for funding and visa arrangements at the earliest as the processes can sometimes take several weeks.

OPTIONAL FIELD TRIPS

After the scientific portion of the conference ends at 12:00pm on Wednesday, December 4^th, optional field trips will be available for an additional cost.

REGISTRATION POLICIES FOR IMC 2018

• All funds are listed in US dollars (USD).
• Registering early will assure that your registration is processed in a timely manner.
• Both Presenters and Non-Presenters are required to register and pay their registration fee by 15th September 2018.
• Only after registering for the conference (paying the conference fee and the visa fee), will you be able to apply for a conference visa. You will be contacted directly by the Conference Secretariat once you have registered.
• A visa is necessary to enter the country and attend the meeting for everyone except for those holding an Indian passport. A letter of invitation will be provided to Indian Nationals once they have registered.
• If for any reason you are denied a visa, the registration fee will be returned to you in full. The visa fee cannot be reimbursed.
• The registration fee will not be returned for any other reason.
